18 U.S.C. Section 2257 Compliance Notice

In compliance with the Federal Labeling and Record-Keeping Law (also known as 18 U.S.C. 2257), all models located within our domain were 18 years of age or older during the time of photography. All models' proof of age is held by the custodian of records, which is listed below, organized by producer. All content and images are in full compliance with the requirements of 18 U.S.C. 2257 and 28 C.F.R. 75 and 18 U.S.C. 2256 (2) (A) through (D) and associated regulations. Some visual depictions displayed on this Website are exempt from the provision of 18 U.S.C. section 2257 and 28 C.F.R. 75 because said visual depictions do not consist of depictions of conduct as specifically listed in 18 U.S.C section 2256 (2) (A) through (D), but are merely depictions of non-sexually explicit nudity, or are depictions of simulated sexual conduct, or are otherwise exempt because the visual depictions were created prior to July 3, 1995. With regard to the models that meet the requirements of 18 U.S.C. 2257, and which have been photographed or video taped, as well as have performed live (non recorded) web cam broadcast, by principals or employees of this website, proof of each model's age is on file with the Custodian of Records.

The original records required pursuant to 18 U.S.C. section 2257 and 28 C.F.R. 75 for all materials contained in the website are kept by the following Custodian of Records: All other primary producers will be named upon request.
